Job Description: Provides database, cost estimating and financial management support, including all activities, which occur during the life cycle of a program. Assists with budget formulation, execution, and reconciliation. Tracks budget using a variety of FAA tools such as Cuff Tool, REGIS, DELPHI, PRISM., etc. Conducts analytical studies involving complex technical parameters, logistics requirements, schedules constraints and similar cost-influencing factors, accounting, procurement and business disciplines. Presents plans, recommendations, analyses, and other advice within a broad functional area to customers.
