Project Description: The IRS website handles more than 2 billion page views per year. The system has 39,000 users and processes 60 million taxpayer documents. VisionOnline is  one of the premiere subcontractor to IRS on one the largest IT contractor awarded by IRS to date worth $321M. More specifically, our team is supporting the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) with Redesign, Redevelop, Consolidation of IRS Web Portals delivering vastly diverse array of products and solutions to the end-customer since 2012. This is 10-year engagement with the IRS to redesign and redeploy the IRS.gov web portal. Under this contract, the team is tasked with providing hosting, operations, and maintenance support for the Public User Portal (PUP) a/k/a: IRS.gov.
